Atuchi Martina Uzoamaka (Mrs.) is the new General Manager, Joint Venture Operations, (JV.Ops.) Division, in the National Petroleum Investment Management Services (NAPIMS); a Corporate Services Unit in the Upstream Autonomous Business Unit (ABU) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC)

She holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (B.Eng. Hons.) in Petroleum Engineering from the prestigious Federal University of Science and Technology Owerri (FUTO).

Mrs. Atuchi joined the services of NNPC in 1991 as a Petroleum Engineer and was posted to the then fledgling Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC). As a vibrant young Engineer with zest and innovative ideas, she contributed immensely to the growth of NPDC.

In 1996, she was transferred to the Joint Venture Contract (JVC) unit of the JV.Ops. Division, NAPIMS.

By dint of hard work, Mrs. Atuchi, rose through the ranks and having scaled through the chief officers� Management Promotion Examination, she became the Deputy Manager, Reservoir Engineering.

In 2018, this ebullient and brilliant Engineer, again participated in the Management Promotion Exam and again came out in flying colours. Thereupon, in 2019, she was posted to NPDC as Manager, Petroleum Engineering.

It was there that Mrs. Atuchi Martina Uzoamaka was appointed to her present position.

Atuchi is a consummate Professional and a registered Engineer, who belongs to several Professional Bodies like; Council of Registered Engineers (COREN), Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

In her leisure, she enjoys Reading and Travelling, She also involves herself in Charity works.

Atuchi is happily married with children.
